Job Placement Assistance
Our Job Placement Assistance Program is designed to provide candidates with comprehensive professional career guidance, career development advisory services, consultation, profile assessment, resume preparation and optimization, service coordination, and opportunity-creation support.
A non-refundable initial service fee of $499 applies to these services. This fee covers the professional time, resources, consultation, candidate assessment, career advisory, resume development, profile optimization, service coordination, and placement-support activities undertaken on behalf of the candidate.
As part of the service, our team will review the candidate’s provided information and existing resume, identify relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, education, and career objectives, and develop or optimize the resume accordingly. Resume preparation includes
Content structuring, professional formatting, relevant keyword optimization, and alignment with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and industry-standard resume practices.
The resume and candidate profile may be optimized using relevant industry keywords, role-specific terminology, and appropriate formatting to improve ATS compatibility and present the candidate’s qualifications in a clear and professional manner for recruiters and potential employers.
Get Hire Technologies Inc. will make reasonable efforts to identify and facilitate suitable career and placement opportunities based on the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience, skills, career objectives, and available opportunities.
Once the agreed services have commenced or have been provided, the $499 service fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional services, resources, consultation time, resume preparation, profile assessment, and work performed on behalf of the candidate.
If Get Hire Technologies Inc. fails to deliver a specifically agreed service or written commitment attributable to the Organization, the candidate may submit a written refund request. Any such request will be reviewed based on the agreed scope of services, supporting documentation, and the services actually delivered. If a refund is determined to be applicable under the applicable refund terms, the eligible amount will be processed accordingly.
The service fee is not contingent upon and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, job placement, visa approval, salary level, employer selection, interview selection, or any other outcome outside the Organization’s reasonable control.
Placement opportunities may depend on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, interview performance, work authorization, employer requirements, market conditions, available positions, and independent employer decisions.
Resume preparation and profile optimization are intended to improve the presentation and positioning of the candidate’s qualifications and do not guarantee recruiter responses, interview invitations, employment, job placement, salary level, or any specific hiring outcome.
