Junior Business Analyst

Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects. You will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and providing insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes by providing training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of business process modeling and data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
